How to click on cloaked ships?

Is this a bug that clocked ships are invisible to the owner as well? The only way i can see to highlight them is to doubleclick on them from the ship screen. You cant click on them from the main map.

Cloaking has not been implemented. What you are seeing is the invisible ship bug. Before they fix it, you should try saving and reloading.
