Here a strat that lets u dominate ur opponent at the near end, here i will tell you how to deal with the massive morale breakdown and crush your opponent with it. Ok when people realize that the Draginol suxk they often decide to crush them early, but you can do better than that! I recommend you to do this only if your ennemy have a lot more population than you and they are having difficulty with their morale.

Step Number 1 if you see the event try to find their planet
Step Number 2 ask all their cash (

!!)
Step Number 3 give them an heavily protected system
Step Number 4 watch your closest enemy dying down
Step Number 5 make sure you have 2 or 3 colony ship in each of your system and change your tax rate because you have a lot money now its doesnt matter if you lose 200-500$ a turn
Step Number 6 ull see that some of the AI star system will go under the I League, now all you have to do is declaring war to them!
Step Number 7 ask their planets
Step Number 8 if you are having problem with your economy, you can do this; if one of your neighborhood has a debt of -117 cash then give them like 500 then exchange one of your low morale planets for a given number of cash, then all you have to do is wait and the system will be back to you.
Step Number 9 youll notice that the AI suxk now keep asking them tech and planets once you declared war on them.
Step Number 10 use destablization on your nearest neighbord, theyll be fried.
Step Number 11 wait until everything is over
