Here are some question that are labeled from 1 to 3
1. Has anyone seen a life resource in any of their games? They are supposed to be really rare and I agree cause I have not seen any yet!
2. Can you see what the economy might of minor civs are?
3. Do minor civs have a morality (evil, neutral, good). If so how can you figure out what it is from the game?

Answers would be really appreceated !

Durett,

1. Removed from the game because they were deemed to be too unbalancing.

2. No equivalent to espionage on the majors. Best you could do is to see their income/expenses on the planet list.

3. Don't think so. Good question though. They could be neutral and thus not have access to the good/evil techs.

1. There are definitely no life resources. They were removed before the game was released (although they are mentioned in the manual).

2. There is no means of ascertaining the economic might of a minor. You can see the population and military strength in the diplomacy screens, you can see income and expense for each planet on the galaxy map and that is about it. (Every now and again you get a pop up telling you galactic rating)

3. I understand that minors do have a morality. I have seen stuff in the files indicating this and my game play experience indicates they do have morality.

Hope this helps.
