Hey all, hope you can help answer a question.
If a planet has already built a manufacturing plant, will building a fusion, an anti-matter plant, or all three, add to the manufacturing output or are the additional plants simply redundant that only increase a plantet's expenses? The same question for social and influence enhancers.
Thanks.

Bonuses are not redundant. They stack.

As per vincible . . . and the maintenance costs stack also.

On your larger, more productive planets, it may be worth the maintenance to build all 3. The econ boost of the fusion & anti-matter may pay for the upkeep on high output planets. On lower class, low production planets, the small bump in manufacturing capacity may not be worth the maintenace. If you can't spend at 100% capacity then the manufacturing plant makes little sense and the fusion & anti-matter may not help much either. Manufacturing & fusion are cheap but anti-matter takes longer to build too. Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Let me ask this to confirm what I think ...
The social or military spending NOT SPENT does not add up to a plenet spending.

IE... I have ten planets 9 are not building and one is, do that 9 add production not used and give it to the one?

Nope. Their production is wasted--you pay for it and it does nothing. Before you ask, yes, this is the designed behavior and not a bug. I think it's to make the economic system simpler in order to help the AI cope.

Thanks for the confirmation
